Blogs and blogging are sweeping the internet. They are all the rage as a hobby, writing exercise, and even a career for some. In fact, it is even becoming more common that bloggers are seeking a way to make money. Be it via advertising or affiliations, they each have their own way of pursuing that writing career by way of the blog. There is another way, though. There is an alternate way to make a little extra money by blogging. That way is not unlike the way waiters, cab drivers, and even bellhops add to their income: the tip. Wait a minute! How do you get tips from your blogging? There are ways, and if you read on you will see that they aren't as difficult as you might think.

First of all, if you want people to tip you for your blog, you have to give them a reason for doing it. You need to be providing very good information or highly entertaining copy that makes them feel like you earned it. In essence, you are the web equivalent to a street performer by working for tips. So, like that street performer, you owe your audience something that makes them feel like you are worth their money. So polish your writing, update it often, keep it fresh, and stay true to the topics your readers are used to. If you are all over the place, you won't be able to build the loyal audience necessary when you go to start asking for tips. Basically, the start of it all is your content. Just like with any other money making web venture, your content is going to go a long way. So to get started earning tips from your blogging, make sure you give the audience a reason.

Once you have your content set up, you need to promote it. Asking for tips won't do you a bit of good if you don't have an audience to ask. Market your blog, market your topics, and target those search engines. Don't do any of it at the expense of the quality of your content, but make sure you are getting something going in the way of marketing. Register with blog directories, post to other people's blogs, and generally get your name and blog site out there so that you will drive an audience into what is hopefully quality, informative, and or entertaining content. Again, if there is nobody at the site then asking for a tip is not going to do you a lot of good.

Next, since you have set up your content to be useful and entertaining to a particular audience and you have begun to get your blog marketed, you are almost ready for those tips. However, there needs to be some sort of vehicle available to your readers to get the tips to you. I mean if they have to do a lot of work to get money to you then you probably shouldn't count on the money rolling in. There are a number of online methods available for receiving payments via email or the web. It would be wise to have one located prominently on your blog so that if a reader is stuck with the desire to tip you, he or she can do so with ease and without a lot of time that may result in rethinking the tip. Remember, this is something you want to happen when your quality and entertainment is fresh in their minds.

Finally, if you really want to earn tips from blogging, then you should probably ask for them in some way. You can do so in the blog posts or even with some sort of message on the main page of your blog that states that tips are appreciated and are the way you fund the blog. Either way, you need to make it clear to the readers that you are reliant on their generosity without sounding like you are hard selling, or worse, begging.

Blogging can be a lot of fun, and can actually make you a little money if you are willing to work hard at it. One way of making that money is by earning tips from your readers. There are some things that you need to get in place though to make that work. Make sure you have quality content, market your site, set up a method for receiving the tips, and be sure to ask for them. If you do those things, then you can be earning tips from your blog before you know it.

Private Label Articles - Get More Useful Content At Low Cost and Effort

Private label rights (PLR) are one of the hottest things in Internet marketing today. Everybody wants to know what they are and, more importantly, what benefits they can get out of them.

In essence, PLR is a kind of license you acquire for material, which allows you to change and edit existing material and call it your own. Without having to do a lot of work, you could be credited as the author of the material and not have to worry about any violations in copyright.

Not a lot of people know about the PLR articles, much less why they should pay attention to them. Give yourself the edge and find out why you should know all you can about PLR and how you can profit from them in the most efficient and effective way possible.

1. Saves time and effort.
You probably already know how much work and time it will take to write an article. On average, a single 700-word article will take about two hours to compose from scratch. If your intention is to create a website with over 50 pages, then you can see how daunting and time-consuming the task of simply writing content will be. PLR articles will save you this time and effort.

2. All credit goes to you.
You are under no obligation to credit the original author for PLR articles. As such, when you publish them on your website, no outbound links and advertisements will be there to distract your visitor / customer. All links will be focused on your brand and your affiliates.

3. Saves you money.
This point requires a different point from saving time and effort simply because of economics. Hiring writers to create content for your website averages about $15 per article. If your site were to hold even just 20 articles that you need to update regularly (say every two weeks), you'd see how the bill could add up.

But if you were to acquire PLR for a set of articles, you could save money because of the economics of scale. Articles are bought at bulk and as such it is possible to get your hands on 200 articles for only less than $30.

4. Editorial freedom.
You don't like how the article is written or the information it is presenting? PLR allows you to change the material right away without needing to ask permission from the writer.
This is also especially useful for optimizing your website for search engines since you can enrich the content with keyword phrases to improve your rankings in SERPs.

5. Create a brand for yourself.
Today, it's all about distinguishing yourself from the rest. PLR articles allow you to provide content that is both relevant and updated. By doing so you build a reputation with your target audience as an expert. And since people would much rather go with someone they trust, your chances of return visitors increases significantly.

6. Get professional results.
Many of the writers who offer articles with PLR are professionals and have access to the latest information regarding your field of interest. By acquiring the rights from them, you avail yourself of their professional results without having to retain their services regularly.

With one set of PLR articles and some creativity on your part, you can extend the life of the articles to the point where the content has more than paid for itself. So when sourcing out a supplier for PLR articles, ask for sample works to demonstrate the quality of articles you would be purchasing.

Now that you know why you should seriously consider getting PLR articles, here are some ways to get you started on profiting from them.

1. Compile a list or report.
You can consolidate a series of articles of a similar theme and package them as a report or listing of information. While you may think that anyone can do this, you'd be surprised how little of this is done.

Many people don't have the time to read or the willingness to read several articles at different times. Providing them a simplified version of the information they want will be a welcome offer for your visitors. You can either give away the report for free, sell it as your own product or use it as content on your website.

2. Use PLR content to create a series of small articles
This is especially useful when producing material for an email campaign. A series is by far, one of the more effective ways to create a following with your audience.

Give enough to allow them a feel for what you're offering and hint at giving more of the same if they will subscribe to your mailing list. In turn, your emails promote your website by inviting them to visit you on a more regular basis.

3. Produce ebooks.
It is very possible for you to take a set of PLR articles and come up with an ebook, for which you can credit yourself as the author.

Since you have created an entirely new product you could repackage this and sell this with your own resale rights. Just like you, there are people who are looking for material they can use for their own promotion needs so cater to this market as they are increasingly growing in number.

As you can see, using PLR articles are not only effective in providing truly useful content. They are also cost and labor-efficient, which means you can focus more of your time to more important matters, whether they are for business or otherwise.

Everyone dreams of the perfect business, one where you just sit back and collect cheques for doing nothing. Some unscrupulous Internet businesses would have you believe that this is possible. It is not possible, and it never was.

The Internet marketplace is becoming more crowded every day. There are soon going to be more Internet marketing companies than there are punters. Most Internet marketing consists of selling Internet marketing opportunities. The punter has seen it all before. The only people who fall for this ploy are total novices who still believe in fairies and treasure at the end of the rainbow.

What should you look for in a genuine Internet marketing or home business opportunity?

1. A tangible product that is totally unrelated to selling Internet marketing opportunities.

2. An affiliate scheme that gives you your own website.

3. A recognition by the provider that you must spend some cash promoting your affiliate link.

4. No up-front fee

Let's consider these points one at a time:

1. Tangible products can be as diverse as selling Self-Improvement courses and Personal Wedding Sites, but there must be one, otherwise you are just putting all your hopes into a Multi-Level Marketing scheme that is doomed to fail.

2. Affiliate schemes pay you a percentage of the price paid by the customer. Affiliate schmemes can make money, but 97 out of every 100 affiliates never make a cent because they fail to recognise the need to promote their affiliate link. You only earn money from people who buy by following your affiliate link.

3. Many affiliate schemes grow by providing a free website and going along with theoptimistic idea that all websites are found by search engines and that every one will make money. Search engines only find sites that have links pointing to them. If a search engine finds 2,000 identical sites, it only displays one, and that does not give you a lot of chance to sell anything.

4. All information is available for free on the Internet. An extremely small number of people have anything worthwhile to say that is not freely available. Those that do charge thousands of dollars for it, not $39.97. You are paying for promotion of the product, why should you pay for the opportunity to spend your money on advertising.

One more tip:

· Beware Information Overload. Research, choose one scheme and stick with it until it is earning money and no longer requires time spending on it. Only then should you join a new affiliate scheme. All schemes will make money if they are properly promoted. Avoid changing horses in the middle of the race. Avoid the temptation offered by this week's offering from some guru, who claims that his product offering will change the face of the Internet over the next three months, but that you must join immediately, or miss the benefits.

Essential Elements of Profitable Sites

What technology tools do successful websites use? Remember that a website is a store front; it's your customer service rep, delivery guy and your marketing department rolled up into one.

"We are open"
People don't enter stores that have a closed sign at the door. (Well some do, but… you know, we talking about the law abiding kind here.) Nothing says 'Closed" louder on a website than old content: old date references and postings. So one of the best things you can do is to get a script that keeps the current date front and center for your visitors. You don't have to update it everyday – it does it all by itself.

Now that people think you are home, and open for business, they may inquire about your product. You must have a customer service desk. This can take the form of a form where they fill out their name and email. It can be to simply subscribe to your newsletter or they may have a specific question. If you want to have a 'stress-free' site, try post an FAQ section – Frequently Asked Questions. Then one of the important things you will want to have is an autoresponder.

An autoresponder will keep your site in the mind space of your potential clients who have signed up for your newsletter or requested more information. It will send out preformatted emails at defined intervals automatically. Did you know that after 5 emails, the likelihood of making a sale increases steadily? It may seem like you are being intrusive, but they will be able to unsubscribe if they wish.

Urgency Sells: When you offer limited time offers, you cause people to make decisions. You need a script that keeps a deadline up to date on your website. It would generate a line that looks like this: This offer expires on XX/XX/XX, so act quick!

The Popup Generator - Pop up windows that appear on your web site when a visitor enters or leaves your web site have been shown to dynamically boost subscriber rates and sales. Even if you don't have any programming knowledge, you'll be able to add a popup to your site with a single click

Tell A Friend Generator - No matter what promotional tools you use on your site, no tool is a match for the power of viral marketing. Use this generator to create a quick, one-step button that you can add to your web site that will let your visitors tell their friends about your site with just one click! Add this to your site and watch a whole new flood of targeted traffic come in!

All these types of scripts are available for free or for a small fee online. I suggest that in addition to these sites, that you visit lots of sites you would like to emulate and see what they do well, what strategies are particularly effective and find ways to incorporate them.

I know even just the little bit above seems overwhelming. Well perhaps a mentor, someone who has done all the above and more would be of interest to you.

Thanks for reading,

Blow Their Socks Off Online!

Blow Their Socks Off Online!

Word Count:

Summary:
Perhaps one of the complaints I have with most internet marketing sites is that they all have a typical look. They say the same things with a similar font, and highlighter. It's almost like there is some mediocre web designer somewhere who is making a killing!

Article Body:
Perhaps one of the complaints I have with most internet marketing sites is that they all have a typical look. They say the same things with a similar font, and highlighter. It's almost like there is some mediocre web designer somewhere who is making a killing!

At the height of the first internet craze while business fundamentals where tossed to the wind, companies were certainly innovative. Ideas were the currency, and a great idea – long before execution, could make you millions. It wasn't ok to simply have a site, you had to stand out. Sure they had more sizzle than substance but now we have some stuff under the hood but little "Wow!" factor.

I challenge you to step away from the computer, quite trying to duplicate someone's success story. It's great to know that such success is possible and the methods and best practices of those who did it, but chart your own path! I bet a few readers would rather lead the pack than simply join it.

With so many sites and tons of content, simply being another site hoping to share a part of the money pot is - boring. If you are going to put in the effort – why not do something outstanding. Let me take a few steps back. It's important to take baby steps when you are starting, and those steps may not be innovative or ground breaking, but let your vision be out of this world.

Walt Disney was very non-traditional in his thinking. Many business geniuses are ridiculed early in their carets. The press doubted the potential of Disneyland – they called it "Disney's Folly".

If you have a crazy idea that you dare to share – expect some ridicule. Imagine telling family and friends that you are going to start an internet business where you give everything away free. That's right, free. That's what a small company called Hotmail set out to do with their email platform. They were first, they were free and these isn't anyone reading this article who doesn't know someone with a Hotmail account or at least heard of it.

Hotmail understood what would be outstanding in the late nineties. Take a service that people pay for, improve upon it and give it away free. They sell ads on the site, so many that Microsoft decided to get in the action and rather than compete, simply bought them out and repackaged it as we now know it.

The "find what people are paying for on the Internet and give it away free" concept is still good, but to be wildly successful you may need something more. What would that be? That's the million dollar question, rather if you come up with the answer you may stand a chance of turning that idea into a few zeros!

Having said all this, you have to start somewhere – even better, start with someone who has show some success, so find a mentor who has shown some success, so find a mentor and learn the ropes. Then jump in the ring with the intention of scoring a knockout!

Pillars To A Successful Home Business.

Pillars To A Successful Home Business.

Word Count:
432

Summary:
Generally, people who make it big have one thing in common—they are dissatisfied with the status quo. They will not take what is "common" or "expected" and let that define their lives—they move past it and excel. You must work hard and hustle.

Keywords:

Article Body:
- Hustle:

Generally, people who make it big have one thing in common—they are dissatisfied with the status quo. They will not take what is "common" or "expected" and let that define their lives—they move past it and excel. You must work hard and hustle.

- Character:

Someone coined the phrase, "character is what you do in the dark." In other words, when no one is looking, will you behave differently than if someone was looking? If not, then you have character. If you are attacked, be tough—not hard. Don't be a pushover, but be compassionate, gentle, and flexible—especially on procedure (not principle).

- Risk Taking:

This isn't gambling, it's a willingness to be bold, hearty, and to push forward. People who refuse to take risks are definitely going to lose. If you refuse a new promotion because you're not confident of your skills, you will likely be passed over when a different chance arrives.

Don't be afraid of rejection, just take it as part of life and you'll find there's nothing to be afraid of—especially in the word "no." "No" is just another opportunity to find a way around an obstacle and to use creative problem-solving skills.

- Time Management:

We all know that one minute has 60 seconds and that one hour has 60 minutes. One day has 24 hours, and one year has 365 days. But one year also has 525,600 minutes. We don't think about a year in such small increments, but maybe we should.

We waste minutes as if they'll always be around, and the fact is that time wasted is time we can never get back. We might miss a deal or promotion of a lifetime by wasting just a few minutes.

Proper time management is essential as you climb to success. Continue to break goals down in to manageable chunks—do that with relation to your day and the time you've been given. You'll accomplish far more this way and you won't regret using your time wisely.

- Master Non-Verbal Communication:

It is said that our body language and facial expressions do much more communicating than our words will ever do. When the words that you speak don't match the expressions on your face or the stance of your body, you confuse the listener and muddle your message.

Be aware that when you try to "multi-task," you often end up short-changing something, and the last thing you want is to short-change people. Don't try to do too much at once—your willingness to do this tells people they aren't important, even if you're expressing your appreciation of their work and effort.

Be aware of what message your body is sending off!

Google Sitemaps Explained - How To Use Google Sitemaps

Summary:
ow to index your site with Google Sitemaps. Different ways explained in plain English!

Article Body:

Three Ways To Index Your Site With Google Sitemaps [Difficult, Hard, And Easy]

Google has recently implemented a program where any webmaster can create a Sitemap of their Site and submit it for indexing by Google. It is a quick and easy way for you to keep your site constantly indexed and updated in Google.

The program is appropriately called Google Sitemaps.

In order for you to best use Sitemaps, you must have an XML generated file on your site that will transmit or send any updates, changes, and data to Google. XML (Extensible Markup Language) is everywhere these days, you have probably seen the orange XML logo on many web sites  and its often associated with Blogging because Blogs use XML/RSS feeds to syndicate their content.

Today RSS is known mostly as 'Really Simple Syndication' but its original acronym  stood for 'Rich Site Summary'. XML is only simple code like HTML and it is used to syndicate your content to all interested parties.

And the interested party in this case is Google. By creating Sitemaps Google is really asking webmasters to take charge of the indexing and updating of their sites. Basically, doing the Googlebot's job!

This is a 'Good' thing! With the steady influx of new web sites growing rapidly, indexing all this material will become a challenge, even with the resources of Google. With Sitemaps, websmasters can now take charge and make sure their site is crawled and indexed.

Please note, indexing your site with Sitemaps WON'T improve your rankings in Google. You will still be competing with the other sites in Google for top positions. But with Sitemaps you can make sure all your pages are crawled and indexed quickly by Google.

There are some other big advantages of using Google's Sitemaps - mainly you have control over a few key variables, attributes or tags. To explain this as simply as possible, your XML powered sitemap file will have this simple code for each page of your site:

Along with 'urlset' tags at the beginning and end of your code, and an XML version indication - that's basically your XML file! File size will depend on the number of webpages you have.

Taking a closer look at this XML file:

location -  - name of your webpage

priority - you set the priority you want Google to place on that page in your site. You can prioritize your pages: 0.0 being the least, 1.0 being the highest, 0.5 is in the middle. This is ONLY relative to your site. It will not affect your rankings. Why is this important? You have certain pages on your site that are more important than others, (home page, high profit page, opt-in page, etc.) by placing high priority on these pages, you will increase their importance in Google.

last modified - when you last modified that page, this timestamp allows crawlers to avoid recrawling pages that haven't changed.

change frequency - you can tell Google how often you change that particular page. Never, weekly, daily, hourly, and so on - if you frequently update your page this could be extremely important.

Why do I need a XML Generator?

In order for this XML sitemap file on your site to be constantly updated, you need a Generator that will spider your site, list all the urls and automatically feed them to Google. Thus constantly updating your site in Google's massive index or database. Keep in mind, Google also gives you the option of submitting a simple text file with all your URLs.

Now there is already a flood of these generators popping up! Different ways of generating your XML powered sitemap file. More are probably appearing as you read this. For your convenience, three ways to generate your XML Sitemaps file are listed below:

Difficult - Google's Python Generator

That's a relative term, if you know your server like the back of your hand and installing scripts doesn't scare the bejesus out of you, you're probably smiling at the word difficult. Google supplies a link to a generator which you can download and set up on your server. It will cough up your sitemap XML file and automatically feed it to Google. - generator.html

In order for this Generator to work, Python version 2.2 must be installed on your web server - many servers don't have this. If you know what you're doing, this will probably be a good choice.

You don't need a Google Account to use Sitemaps but it's encouraged because you can track your sitemap's progress and view diagnostic information. If you already have another Google Account gmail, Google Alerts, etc. just use that one to sign in and follow directions from there.

To submit your Sitemap using an HTTP request, issue your request to the following URL:

www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ping?sitemap=sitemap_url

Hard - A PHP Code Generator

This is a php generator that you can place on your server. This generator will spider your site, and produce your XML sitemap file. Download the phpSitemapNG and upload it your server. Run the generator to get your XML sitemap file and send it to Google.

Again, this is only hard to do if you don't know your way around PHP files or scripts.

Easy - Free Online Generator

These Generators are popping up everywhere, and Google now keeps a list of these 'third party suppliers' of generators on their site. Find them here:

One of the easiest to use is  , and you can index up to 500 pages with this online Generator very quickly and it will give you the sitemap XML file Google needs to index your site.  It will go into your site, spider it and index all your pages into an XML sitemap of your site. You can download this file, Compressed or Non- compressed and make minor changes such as setting the priority, changing frequency, etc.

Then upload this file to your site as sitemap.xml to the root directory of your server i.e. where you have your homepage. Then notify Google Sitemaps of your XML file and you're in business.

Of course, the only drawback, if you constantly add pages to your site you will need to also add these pages to your XML sitemap file. This won't be much of a problem unless you're daily adding pages to your site - then you will need something like the PHP or Python generator to do all this for you automatically.

Google is still the major search engine on the web so getting your pages indexed and updated quickly is the major reason to use Google Sitemaps. If you want your site to remain competitive it's probably the wisest route to take.

Building Opt-In List – Why You Should (Not) Buy Leads?

Building Opt-In List – Why You Should (Not) Buy Leads?

Word Count:
616

Summary:
Having your own Opt-In List is very important. Since building personal list of subscribers takes time, many people take an easier approach - they simply buy leads. But is it really that simple? Read on...

Keywords:
building opt-in list, build list, list building, opt-in, lead, leads, buy lead, buy leads

Article Body:
Building Opt-In List is an essential part of Internet Marketing. Every successful marketer online has a personal list of subscribers and is using it to profit online. Building personal list may sound easy – you just purchase an autoresponder service, create a few messages, place subscription form on your site and drive visitors to your subscription form.

Although these steps are very true and simple, unfortunately building list is not that easy. Someone inexperienced in web promotion will have difficulties in driving traffic necessary for building an opt-in list. Traffic can sometimes be a problem even for a more experienced people.

Getting enough traffic for list building is not the only problem. Many people overlook the importance of keeping constant contact with all members of your list. People tend to be forgetful and if you don't contact them often, they can easily forget that they even subscribed to your list!

Therefore, to solve problem with traffic many people decide to simply buy leads. Buying leads can save a lot of time necessary for list building. They can also avoid the second problem by creating enough pre-written messages to keep up with their leads for a longer time, or they can use broadcast option often. The idea of buying leads is great and many marketers are using this method, but there is a catch.

Many people don't like the idea of their e-mail, or other contact info being sold. And once when they subscribed, there probably was a privacy statement saying that their contact information is safe and will never be rented, sold, or used for any purpose whatsoever. It is possible though that they were lied to, or tricked. Subscription forms without privacy statement have a lot lower conversion rates and very often these subscribers are not very responsive.

Other very important reason why leads shouldn't be bought is because you can never be really sure if you are purchasing a safelist. People willing to profit quickly can easily sell blacklists. They use spam robots to collect as many e-mails as they can online, but instead of sending spam, they decide to earn some money by selling those e-mails. This is even worse because marketer who purchased this list will be accused of spam! Although this probably won't happen since leads are not just e-mail addresses but also names and other contact info, it is possible!

A successful Internet marketer knows a true value of responsive leads and will not sell them. He has worked hard in building his list and creating a certain relationship with all members of that list. It isn't likely that he will risk his reputation and trust by selling a responsive list. It is more likely that you will get a non responsive list of leads.

On the other hand it is possible that these leads are fully aware of selling and that they agree with it. In that case buying leads is ok, but you never really know…

If you are interested in buying leads, always use your due diligence whenever you come across some lead selling offer. Make sure you are buying opt-in leads (double opt-ins are even better) and that all of them are aware of a new list owner. If you are not sure of the latter, approach your new leads carefully and even consider asking them to confirm their subscription again. You can lose some leads this way, but it's much better than to risk spam accusations.

Building Community Websites Equals Success Online

Building Community Websites Equals Success Online

Word Count:
878

Summary:
In this article I will discuss how important is it to build community websites rather than straight forward sales pitches. Selling online is about bringing people together, not about stuffing products down your visitors throwts and expecting them to buy from you.

Keywords:
community websites, internet marketing strategies

Article Body:
In this article I will discuss how important is it to build community websites rather than straight forward sales pitches. Selling online is about bringing people together, not about stuffing products down your visitors throwts and expecting them to buy from you.

We have conditioned our minds all of our lives to accept advertising billboards, radio ads, newspaper ads, commercials, and all sorts of other advertising materials wherever we go. The same applies on the internet. This "conditioning" has enabled us to see past all the ads and look directly for the pertinant information that we are seeking.

People who are new to the internet are more likely to click on your ads for no apparent reason but to simply search and keep searching. Others that have beed online for years now, tend not to pay attention to as many ads on a daily basis like they used to.

If you are serious about making money online without having to spend too much of your budget, create a "community online". It is in our nature as human beings to want to belong, or to be involved within a community setting. Communities come in all shapes & sizes and are not limited to gender, race, nationality, or religion. A community can cater to whatever topic you wish and welcome whomever you desire.

Same concept applies to your website!

Building a community within your website is the key to increasing your business, keeping visitors coming back, and keeping your advertising budget in the bank. Show your visitors that you aren't just here on the internet to sell them something. For example, we (Smartads), we are here to teach what we know about internet marketing. By teaching, we too learn more, gain more business, and attract new visitors.

RESIDUAL TRAFFIC IS THE KEY!

As i've always mentioned to my clients & readers, getting people to your website is the easy part. Anyone with a $500 credit card can get traffic to their website, it's keeping them there and getting your visitors to come back on their own time is what makes owning a website a dificult proposition.

Visitors always come back to communities they can relate to!

I always to go back to internet marketing communities online like:

and so on... There are many internet marketing resources available for business owners. We are fortunate to have access to the vast amount of resources that we do, in order to increase our business & to increase our knowledge.

More resources online also increases competition. There are literally millions of websites out there and many of them might possibly be your competitors. Without building a community, people won't remember who you are, or what it is that you do. Infact, if you are spending all of your money on banner ads, pay per click advertising, affiliates, and other marketing areas online, and at the same time you aren't paying attention to increasing your home base, when your advertising budget runs out so too will the bulk of your traffic.

If your website isn't good enough, your sales won't be good enough. Granted; building a website can be very time consuming but just remember that you don't need to create an empire over night. Just a little here, a little there, and before you know it, it all adds up to something you can be proud of. Over time, your website traffic will constantly be increasing.

PLEASE NOTE: If you stop advertising, your traffic won't grow. Growing your website is all part of the whole plan.

What do we need to create a community website?

You always want to add extras to your site that interest you. By doing so, you will also attract people with similar interests and help to bridge the credibility gap online.

You can always add these to your website:

    * Personal blog
    * Helpful tips
    * Mini-ebook courses (on how to be a better client for you)
    * Other people's articles
    * Chat forum (requires a lot of maintenance & promotion)
    * Free business directory listings
    * Family albums for users
    * Fun online questionnaires
    * Mind benders
    * Games
    * Contests (with actual prizes)
    * "How to" articles
    * Government resources
    * Local community resources
    * Support local companies & vice versa

I think we can now get a sense of what building a "community" website means. The key is to take your industry (even if it is boring), and teach someone about what it is that you do. The internet allows us to take in more information than we could ever imagine. There is always someone out there who wants to learn about your industry.

The key is to add on a little at a time. Talk to your web designer. Try and find unique little ways to build a community website online. Ask people what they look for within your industry. After time, you will know what it takes to keep creating more for your company online, and your wallet will love you for it.

Just remember the more you build, the less your advertising budget will be when you get there. Just keep it up until you get there, don't give up on yourself, your company, or your future.

I hope you've enjoyed this article!

Key Questions To Ask About Internet Marketing

Key Questions To Ask About Internet Marketing

Internet marketing is exciting, challenging, and confusing. It can make or break your internet business career and yet many people who depend on internet marketing don't have a full grasp of the essentials involved in internet marketing.

marketing, advertising, promotion, internet, web, ecommerce, publicity, seo, traffic, link

Article Body:
Internet marketing is exciting, challenging, and confusing. It can make or break your internet business career and yet many people who depend on internet marketing don't have a full grasp of the essentials involved in internet marketing.

In fact, many internet entrepreneurs waste a great deal of time, energy, and momentum because they do not fully understand internet marketing. Don't let this lack of understanding undermine your income potential.

In order for you to better understand internet marketing and its impact on your internet business you must know the answers to these three key questions:

1. What Is Internet Marketing?
2. What Is The Cost Of Internet Marketing?
3. What Is The Benefit of Internet Marketing?

What Is Internet Marketing?

Marketing is actually rather simple. Marketing is communication about an idea, product, service, or organization. Marketing therefore encompasses advertising, promotion and sales as well as the various techniques and forms of communication used to advertise, promote and sell.

Marketing is broader than simple advertising or promotion in that it includes researching the market to learn what consumers want and then setting out to meet their needs with the appropriate product, price, and distribution method. Marketing includes market research, deciding on products and prices, advertising promoting distributing and selling.

Marketing also covers all the activities involved in moving products and services from the source to the end user including making customers aware of products and services, attracting new customers to a product or service, keeping existing customers interested in a product or service, and building and maintaining a customer base for a product or service.

Internet marketing includes these same activities but also pulls in various internet tools including web sites, email, ezines, banner advertising, blogging, RSS, text links, search engine optimization, affiliates, autoresponders, and other ecommerce applications.

What Is The Cost Of Internet Marketing?

The range of expenses for internet marketing is huge. There are a number of promotional and marketing ventures that can cost you nothing or only pennies a day while other advertising efforts can cost you thousands a day.

It is important to consider your goals -- both long-term and short-term -- as well as how much each prospective customer is worth to you. This will help you determine a workable budget for your internet marketing campaign.

Many internet promotions are free, you can set up a web site and/or blog for $250 a year, and you can buy text links for $10 a month. You could easily spend $25-50 a day for advertising but there are many cheaper ad options available.

The best program is to start small and cheap and slowly build as you test and learn what is successful for your market and product. There is no perfect acvertising solution that works wonders for everyone. Each marketer and each product has a different formula.

What Is The Benefit of Internet Marketing?

Internet marketing offers more benefits than many traditional marketing mediums. The very nature of web sites and blogs is that they continue working to promote and market your product long after your initial marketing effort is over. Similarly many advertising efforts, such as ezines, newsletters, banners, and text links also continue to increase in power over time.

Email marketing can be a tremendous surge in contacts and sales and offers the ability to personalize your message as well as reach a targeted audience so your chance for sales goes up exponentially.

The other tremendous benefit of internet marketing is that it offers convenience and immediate satisfaction. Your potential customer sees your marketing message when it is convenient for them -- and often when they are seeking information about your specific topic. Then you offer them the ability to act on that interest right then. They can locate your product and buy in the time it would take to watch a commercial on television or turn a page in the newspaper. That is the power of internet marketing.

Now that you have the answers to these three key questions, you are ready to begin your own internet marketing campaign -- and succeed with your internet venture.

In the last article we talked about why informational products are the best type of products to sell online. An informational product can be a digital book (known as an e-book), a digital report or a white paper, a piece of software, audio or video files, a web site, an ezine (electronic magazine), or a newsletter.

Any product that's informational, instructional, or educational in nature can be considered an info product.

If you missed last week's column you might want to un-line your birdcage long enough to read it first so that you have a thorough understanding of what we'll be discussing this week, which is how to create your own info product.

As covered in detail last chapter, here are a few of the reasons why information is the best product to sell online:

* It's fast to create, fast to market
* There's no inventory to stock
* The startup costs are low
* You can automate the sales and delivery process
* There are no shipping and handling charges

One of the best things about information products is that you don't need a product designer or a manufacturing plant to crank out the goods. You also don't have to spend months and months doing product development.

If you have a computer and a word processing program you have everything you need to create a best-selling info product in a very short amount of time.

Great, you say, but I'm no writer. How the heck can I get into the information business? The good news is you don't have to be a great writer to create a great info product. If you don't have the ability to create the product yourself there are several avenues you can take to info product success.

Co-author with a writer
In my opinion, expert knowledge is much harder to come by than great writing skills. If you are an expert on a subject that people will pay to learn about, you just need a good writer to take your expert knowledge and put it in a saleable form.

I know many subject matter experts who can't write their names in the snow and many excellent writers who don't have the expert knowledge required to create an informational product that will sell. Co-authoring can be a match made in Heaven if an equitable co-authoring arrangement can be made. Co-authoring means that you both get credit for creating the product and share in the revenues.

If you are an expert on a topic, but not a writer, find a writer to co-author the project with you. Conversely, if you're a writer without specific knowledge, find a subject matter expert and partner with them to create the product.

Hire a ghost writer
A ghost writer is someone who will write the ebook for you anonymously, with the writing credits going solely to you. You supply the expertise and guidance and the ghost writer puts it in a readable format. You can hire ghost writers on an hourly basis or for a flat fee, depending on the scope of the project.

There is no shame in using a ghost writer to put your thoughts to digital paper. You don't really think all those pro athletes and Hollywood actresses can write 300 page books now, do you?

Publish a directory
Can't think of a subject that you're qualified to write about? Try compiling a directory. A directory is nothing more than a listing of specialized information that you target market to a particular segment of the buying public. For example, my company publishes a dropship and wholesale industry directory that is a listing of company names, addresses, phone numbers, and website addresses. I simply have someone research the industry and compile their findings in a directory format, package it nicely, and sell it online for $27.

Sign on with an affiliate program and sell their info products
There are thousands of companies that sell informational products and most have affiliate programs that you can sign on with. Becoming an affiliate basically means you become a reseller of the company's products. You promote the product, you make the sale, the company delivers the product, and you earn a commission.

The key to creating a successful info product is this: the information must be worth far more than the price of the ebook itself. If you're charging $27 for your product, it must give the buyer many times that price in perceived value.

I asked info product expert Jim Edwards, co-Author of "How To Write and Publish Your Own eBook in as little a 7 Days" for his advice on how to create a killer info product.

Here are Jim's Top 5 Tips:

* Niche It - Make sure you are targeting a highly defined niche audience... don't try to sell to everyone. You can get a lot more money showing life insurance agents how to find more customers to buy $250,000 policies than you can trying to sell a product on generic sales skills improvement.

* Hit Their Pain - Make sure your info product hits a painful problem that members of your target audience will do just about ANYTHING to solve. The more intense the pain, the more they're willing to pay to get rid of it.

* Give Them A Taste - Give people a taste of what you offer in your info-product by giving them a sample. Just like the wholesale clubs get you to buy tater-tots in a 50 lb. bag by giving you one to try, you can induce people to buy your information by letting them read the first chapter or listen to the first few minutes of an audio.

* Entertain Them - People hate to be bored. Increase the power of your product by adding humor, drama and other entertainment elements that make them want more and more. This will not only help with future sales to satisfied customers, it will also keep your refunds down and increase word of mouth advertising.

* Keep it Evergreen - Don't make the mistake of creating a product that hits a fad or a fleeting market. Create info-products that can be updated with very little effort. This allows you to create a product once and keep the sales rolling in for years (literally) to come!

Article Body:
Business books are today's fastest-growing categories in the professional/trade publishing industry.  Business books are a great asset to a person interested in starting his or her first small business and in recent years they have fast turned from heavy theoretical textbooks to a far more readable story format.  In a recent interview with renowned business columnist Dave Borgner, Jack Yale asked him why it had taken so long for business books to catch on with most people.  He answered in part by saying that in the past, between 45 percent and 62 percent of all business books were harder to read than other kinds of books because 68 percent of them used more complex words than we did.  David Williamson, CEO of Mark Hallet Financial Services Inc. and the author of the top selling news letter "Brands That Sell", thinks most business books are too theoretical.  The interesting business books are the ones that not only get the facts right but also tell a story in an interesting and appealing manner.
But today, business books are far more approachable than in years past – they tend to be more readable, more useful and may actually help to encourage more people to read this genre.  As the business book category has matured, Barnes and Noble insiders report that business books are among the company's top five categories.  Over 5000 new business books are published each year in the United States alone, and we are beginning to see some titles encroaching onto the New York Times Bestseller list.   But beyond those red-hot numbers is what some publishing executives call a vast ''gray area'' in the way business books are sold, tracked and ranked.  Something like 93% of all business books are never read (most readers get thru one chapter and then give up).  I think that one of the problems is that a lot of business books are just too general and don't explain to a reader how to actually implement their ideas, or sometimes even the authors don't know how to implement their ideas.  On the one hand, business books are necessarily about generalizations – on the other hand your company is necessarily all about specifics – so herein lies a dilemma.
The business books are valuable sources of information as well as information on the strategies taken up by a particular company or updated information on the present funding trend, interviews with leading business personalities and suggestions on the ways of capitalization in a business.  It can be hard to know which new business books are the most beneficial, and impossible to find the time to read all of them.

I Do Not Know What To Write!

I Do Not Know What To Write!
Word Count:
615
Summary:
A topic that often arises through discussions on message boards and forums is how authors are able to write tens, hundreds, and even thousands of articles, when others find it difficult to write more than a couple. This article describes several ways authors can find ideas for articles.

Keywords:

Article Body:
A topic that often arises through discussions on message boards and forums is how authors are able to write tens, hundreds, and even thousands of articles, when others find it difficult to write more than a couple.
What many people do not realize is that there are several places where you can find ideas for articles instantly, and in fact half of the work is already done for you!
With the internet being a central location for information, and expanding with content by the bucket load every day, your topic will have been covered by someone else already to some extent. Now the key here is to locate this information and to improve on it in your own way. You certainly should not simply plagiarize another author's work, but could for example do the following:
- Read the article and note what it is trying to inform you
- Write down any other information you can think of that would compliment the content
- Compare what you have learnt from the article in comparison to what you were expecting to learn beforehand. Areas that have not been covered should be in your article.
These are just 3 simple things you can try to get your creative juices flowing. Writing on a subject that you know, and one that you have an avid interest and enjoyment in, is certainly the easiest subject to write about, but this is not always possible.
One of the key areas to writing in those situations is to improve on existing content, as I have mentioned, but where do you find this information in the first place?
This is very simple and anyone can do it. The main way many of us navigate the internet and find what we are after is by using search engines. Perform a few searches on your topic and see what you find. Other great resources come in the form of article directories. These hubs of information can literally provide an unlimited amount of ideas for articles on hundreds of topics.
Articles can be in varying length. You do not need to sit down and write 1000 word reports on your topic. An informative 500-word article is suffice. The necessity is in writing content that is in some way valuable to the reader.
More ideas can be triggered by partaking in, or just visiting, discussion groups. Google and Yahoo both provide places where you can find out subjects that are being discussed, which topics are popular, and any questions that are prominent from these discussions. This will provide you with an idea of what information is being sought.
Check out websites that provide regular news updates. Keeping current with up-to-date news topics can help you to find an area that is worth writing about.
Maybe you have a mailing list that you can contact. If this is the case, then send out a quick email asking them what they would like to know on a certain topic. Similarly, create a poll on your website to obtain the same results.
Comparable to discussion groups, forums can also provide viewpoints from many individuals. You may also regularly take part in a forum. Why not submit a post stating your desire to write about a certain subject, and ask for opinions on what areas would be beneficial to cover.
Here I've highlighted several places where you can start if you are having trouble finding topics to write about. Remember, writing articles does not have to be difficult nor time-consuming. Set out with a plan of what you want your article to achieve, and what you want your article to inform the reader about, and you'll be churning out informative articles in no time!

This is good news.
This is also bad news.
The good news is that you can have your articles deposited into hundreds of article directories and build a lot of backlinks to your website easily. Your website hit counter will spin. Your revenue will increase.
The bad news is that it can take a few days just to finish submitting one article to those directories. What if you have 10 more articles to be submitted?
Remember that we're not talking about submitting to only 10 or 20 directories. We're talking about submitting to hundreds of them.
By the time you're done submitting your articles, you'd swear not to do article marketing anymore. The huge amount of time it takes to submit your articles to those numerous directories is killing you.
If I were you, I'd give up too.
Fortunately, for every problem there's a brilliant solution.
Quietly, a few net entrepreneurs are creating tools and services to automatically submit articles to hundreds of article directories. With a few simple cut-and-pastes and a click of a button, you can have your articles submitted to hundreds of article directories and thousands of online publishers.
All these article directory submissions can be done even while you sleep. Isn't it nice?
All right, I hear you loud. Where can I find these tools and services?
Before I tell you more, let me say that most of these resources are not free. They can cost you from ten to over one hundred dollars, but if you're serious about marketing your articles, in the long run, you'll definitely get back your investments many folds.
Of course, there are other free tools and services too. I will let you know them as well.
Here they are.
Free and Free with Paid Options

As you can see above, different parties charge different rates and prices. This does not mean that you should go for the lowest price or immediately assume that the highest charge will provide better results.
You have to carefully analyze the data above and ask yourself – which one has the right budget for you and the right audience you want to reach. Then decide.

An Introduction To Making Money With Affiliate Marketing

An Introduction To Making Money With Affiliate Marketing
Word Count:
513

Many people get confused between Affiliate marketing, and multi-level marketing, but there is a vast difference between the two. When you are an affiliate marketer, your job is to promote the company in a positive light, and market the product, service, or opportunity the company is offering. For your efforts you receive a commission from the sales that are directly the result of your advertising or marketing.
Who Offers Affiliate Programs?
Larger companies offer affiliate programs, which is a much cheaper way for them to advertise, and promote their business than if they were to hire a full time marketer. The affiliate program will be free to join, as well as materials, and tools being included. Once signed up to the affiliate program, you are given a unique identifying code, along with banners, ads, and other useful campaigning tools to start prompting the business.
Advertising Your Affiliate Program
Once you have your unique code, which is usually a URL with numbers after it, you are ready to start promoting the program. You can do this a number of ways such as PPC advertising in directories, writing articles for inclusion in article directories, write in your Blog, or add the affiliate program to your website, and include links or banners. Ideally all of these methods should be used together.
How You Get Paid
The visitors who click on your personal link are tracked back to your unique code. This means that if they were to purchase a product or service you are promoting, you will receive a commission that can be anywhere from 10% to 50% of the total amount the customer has spent. Many companies have a cookie taker added to your unique code URL, and what this does is track visitors who have followed your link.  If they return within the time that the cookies are valid, and buy from the company, you will still receive your commission, cookie expiries usually last around 90 days.
More Affiliate Income
Some affiliate programs also offer a tier program, which means that if you refer another affiliate to the program through one of your links, you will be paid a commission, or receive a commission each time that they bring in a new customer who purchases a product or service. Tier commissions can sometimes go as deep as 3 tiers, which means that any of the people that you refer, can go on to refer others, and, they can refer even more affiliates, and you will receive a commission for each time they make a sale from their links.
Affiliate Tips
Not all affiliate programs are created equally, so it is important to read the terms, and conditions of the program before starting to promote it. Affiliate marketing isn't as easy as it seems. To really succeed, you must be dedicated, and prepared to review, and track each of your marketing attempts, and improve constantly on them to keep generating a constant flow of targeted traffic. But with dedication, and hard work, you can make an income from promoting other people's products, and services through an affiliate program.

Achieve the most from digital photography and enhance digital pictures with SnapTouch.

A digital camera is only as good as the pictures it takes. Experienced photographers spend hours touching-up images to achieve the best visual results and preparing the pictures for printing. Digital photographers make countless choices deciding which camera and settings to use to take a picture, and what software and which tools to use to enhance the picture afterwards. At each post-processing step, the tools you use to enhance the picture affect the image, enhancing or degrading the result.

Regardless of your choice of photographic software, one thing is certain. The computer and image editing software are an essential part of the digital workflow. Computer-edited digital pictures appear in newspapers and glossy magazines, billboards and advertisements. If you have just one image, spending an hour in Adobe Photoshop to get the perfect print makes sense. If you take hundreds of images, however, taking care to enhance each individual image consumes so much time and effort that many prefer to forget the whole idea. But what if you had a proper tool to make your digital workflow simple, quick and effective?

SnapTouch (www.snaptouch.com) takes care of the entire digital workflow quickly and efficiently. SnapTouch takes care of every step after you take a picture from helping you transfer pictures from the camera into the computer to preparing already enhanced images for printing.

Transferring images from a digital camera might be easy, but SnapTouch also makes it smart. It can automatically sort pictures depending on the day they were shot, naming and placing them into folders accordingly. Specify your own transfer scenario, and your digital pictures will be sorted, named and placed depending on your very own criteria.

Correcting and enhancing images is the second step of your digital workflow. During this step, you compensate and correct gamma and exposure, adjust brightness and contrast, rotate and flip pictures, remove red-eye and resize your pictures for Web viewing or printing. SnapTouch is designed to handle jobs to enhance bunches of multiple images while maintaining the highest quality through the entire workflow.

The third step of your digital workflow depends on what you're planning to do with the image. If you're up to making a Web album or archiving images on a disk, use SnapTouch to stamp your pictures by imprinting the date they were shot, naming the pictures or embedding your signature. You can specify your own font and color for the stamp, making your digital pictures appear as works of art.

If you're going to print a multitude of images, consider the different aspect ratios of your digital pictures and the paper they will be printed on. The two common aspect ratios are 4:3 and 3:2. Why gamble on what will be cut out of your photographs in the printing lab when you can specify your own crop in no time? SnapTouch allows you to specify the aspect ratio of the paper you're printing on, and processes your images with a moving fixed-aspect frame. By specifying the frame position you are making crops showing your main subject without cutting out important features.

SnapTouch is a digital photographer's workhorse allowing you to process batches of hundreds of digital pictures in a straightforward workflow. Combining advanced features and unique automation with unprecedented ease of use, SnapTouch is a must-have tool for advanced amateurs and digital photo professionals.

The Internet is like one huge portal for people worldwide to connect all hours of the day and night and find fun things to do online, great reading, wonderful sites full of information and research materials, convenient shopping and plenty of other services and features. This portal to the world comes with some major problematic issues, and thankfully solutions for them as well.

Here are three main issues of concern with the Internet:

1) Unwanted Sites - One major problem with websites is that a large amount do not feature what you might call G-rated content; i.e. content for all ages. Plus for many people, the content is explicit, hateful, hurtful and very much unwanted.

Examples are porn sites, gambling sites, sites for people to voice their dislike over other races, religions, sexual orientation and more. Not only do you get crude language and x-rated photos on the sites, you can pick up computer bugs or unwanted cookies from the sites, attract nuts and place yourself in danger if you interact with others there. So for all ages, these sites can be dangerous and unwanted.

2) Fun Sites - Many fun sites like those offering interesting interactions with forums, fun safe games like cards or gaming like the kinds played with Xbox or Nintendo systems, are great - -but time consuming. This may be alright for time off, but for students who should be studying and adults and teens who should be working, they can cause:

- Loss in work production
- Loss in homework time
- Loss in family time
- Low grade
- Low work reviews = lower pay

Additional stress and loss in personal rest-and-relation time also results. So time needs monitored on these types of sites.

3) Unsafe Sites - Some websites might look like they have a lot to offer, but once you click them on, you can run into technical trouble. For example, you might get scripts that automatically try to take over your computer in different ways, banners and pop-up ads that try and do insert tracking devices into your systems and much more.

A good pair of quality tennis shoes is important for a good tennis match. Contrary to what most people think that sneakers will do for a game of tennis, this is not at all advisable. Tennis shoes are needed if you want to get the most out of every tennis game you play. The function that these tennis shoes provide is very important.

Tennis shoes have been specifically structured and designed to protect its wearer from possible injury and to provide support for the various tennis moves. They have also been designed to endure and hold up to the conditions that a typical tennis game may subject it to prolonging wear and tear. Your typical sneakers or running shoes merely provides the support needed for straightforward motion cushioning the heel that receives the most impact during running. Tennis shoes have also been designed for lateral movements as well to provide the stable support needed preventing injury and enabling quick and easy foot movements. Wearing other types of athletic shoes not only causes some damage to tennis courts but they also increase the chances of you contracting sprains and other injuries.

When buying tennis shoes, there are several considerations. You need to consider the tennis court surface that you primarily play in for this will determine the type of tennis shoes needed. It is also important to consider your feet's specific characteristics and requirements to ensure comfort and fit. Well, other considerations include your preference of style and color.

For players who play on hard surfaces, select tennis shoes that are long lasting and durable. The tread on the soles of your tennis shoes will wear off with repeated play on hard courts which can lessen traction and increase your risk of slipping when playing. The shoe area outside your toe should be covered with additional protection on the outside as most players have the tendency to drag their toes when executing their tennis moves most especially when serving. The added protection helps prevent the early wear and tear on the tennis shoe.

Choose tennis shoes that are comfortable, cushioned and fits accordingly especially for players who are likely prone to having blisters. Most tennis shoes are equipped with the latest when it comes to shoe technology providing cushioning systems and other important shoe features.

With regards to the style and the color, basically these will all depend on your preference. When you have chosen a particular pair of tennis shoes to suit your requirements just make sure that like buying any other type of shoes provide an allowance of about half an inch from your toes to the end of the shoe to give your toes some room for movement.

Sales letters, whether in actual mailed letter or email format, is probably one of the most tedious and annoying means of advertising ever devised. From a customer perspective, getting your physical mail box flooded with flyers and your email inbox stuffed with spam is NOT a good way to start out the day. From a salesman or business owner's perspective, trying to offer people a product that you KNOW will actually help them becomes more difficult because the public in general is becoming more jaded from all the trash letters being sent out by half baked marketing groups with substandard products. To this end, here are 7 tips from an irritable consumer to give some advice to people making sales letters:

Honesty is the best policy - nobody likes a scammer, with the sole possible exception of the scammer himself and any associates who make a profit alongside his sales. Those "wonderful" people aside, everybody else would rather take a scammer, disembowel him, and hang him from a flagpole by his intestines. So first thing's first: you want us to read your letters? Shoot straight and don't hide or lie about facts.

Get to the Darn Point - you're not writing a novel, are you? It's a sales letter. Keep it short so you don't waste our time, and if something can be said in 5 words, why phrase it in 20? Granted, some of those lengthier statements may be intended to amuse us, but if we wanted a quick laugh, we can always just go out and watch a mime getting run over by a truck.

Talk TO your Readers, not AT Them - a lot of letters come across sounding like they're being delivered from a stage or a pulpit. Talk TO your readers, person to person, not AT them like you're making a grand speech. Again, if I wanted to fall asleep listening to a speech, I'd just go to church or a corporate meeting at work, or maybe watch TV and look for a politician.

What's In It for The Reader? - yep, that's the bottom line bubba. What's in it for me? Your new fangled high tech swiss army bulletproof cell phone may come with more processing power than an entire network of PCs, it might be made from materials that theoretically shouldn't exist through modern smelting methods, and may even include a tazer gun in case I get mugged. But what do I get out of it when all I need from a phone is a longer battery life, a built in MP3 player for my tunes, and a high powered "babe" magnet?

Fine Print Makes People Nervous - use large, clear print for your letter text. Nobody likes having to use a magnifying glass to read a letter. Fine print, from the stand point of a consumer, will often hold various arcane stipulations designed to squeeze extra bucks out of our wallets. We like knowing what we're getting into and what we're buying without any hitches, snags, and hidden agendas, thank you very much.

Concentrate on Getting Interest, Not a Sale - if you try to push your product off on me, I'll shove it back into your face and down your throat. There's an old adage: Don't call me, I'll call you. This applies to most any potential consumer. As far as I'm concerned if you push for a sale, then all you want is my money. If, on the other hand, you catch my interest and give me a good reason to call you, THEN we can talk about my buying your stuff. Make it worth my while.

Let The Reader Know How to Reach You - one of the most irritating aspects of business sales letters is incomplete or vague return contact information. I know that being "mysterious" and "hard to get" is a common ploy. News flash here: playing hard to get makes people walk out on you, and being mysterious usually means you have large skeletons in the closet to hide. So, that translates to you're being a scam. If you want to talk about making a sale, let me know how to reach you quickly and easily.

Have you noticed yet that more and more people around the world want to work from home and make money online?

Have you ever wished you could just wake up whenever you want, have a cup of coffee, turn on your computer, work for a couple of hours online, and then spend your time with your family and hobbies? Indeed, working from home gives a lot of benefits, freedom and income.

However, many people wrongfully think that making good money online requires a website and huge investment. Here's a fact: you can start making hundreds of dollars per month within weeks with no upfront fees and even without a website.

How?

Affiliate marketing allows you to earn commissions for selling other people's products or services online. As you study every word of this article you will become amazed at how easy it will be for you to get started earning cash on the Internet because you can join any affiliate network at no cost.

In order to learn more about marketing Clickbank products, make sure to read their website, FAQs and information in your member's area.

Then go to Clickbank's "Marketplace" and browse the categories that interest you. When you find a product that interests you, visit it's pitch page and read the sales letter. I even suggest you buying the product that interests you. You'll understand why this will increase your affiliate earnings by the time you finish reading this article.

When you find a product that you would like to promote, press on the "Create Hoplink", enter your nickname that you have entered when joining Clickbank and create your affiliate link (hoplink) which you will be marketing on the Internet at no cost.

In order to make money online, you'll have to promote your affiliate link by using any of the 3 methods that don't require a website:

1) Forum posting
2) Article writing
3) Pay-per-click (PPC) search engine marketing

But before you can start using any of the above methods, I must warn you that each of them requires your time and work. If you think that it's easy money, you'd better go watch TV or keep browsing the Internet.

But let me confess something: If you are like me, and if you are ready to put some time and effort, in the next few minutes you're going to learn how to transform your life and start making cash on the Internet by marketing affiliate programs.

Marketing your affiliate link via forums

One of the easiest ways for beginners to earn affiliate commissions is to post comments in forums related to the product that you have chosen to market.

Now follow my path. All you have to do is go to your favorite search engine and find online forums related to the theme of your product. Create an account at each forum. Then go to update your profile and create a signature with your Clickbank hoplink. You can do that later after you have done some comment posting and see how other marketers use their links in their signatures.

Then you should browse the topics where you can provide useful tips and answers to the questions that people ask. If you have bought the product that you want to promote and you are happy with it, you should tell others about it's benefits and how it helped you.

Consider this that it's not enough to post a couple of comments and expect to earn thousands in commission. You should select several forums that interest you and keep visiting them and posting comments for at least a month. Try not to sell your product but help people. When you have posted hundreds of comments, people will treat you as an expert and the sales will start rolling in.

After you have spent some time posting comments to forums, you should notice that some topics and questions are asked again and again. If you already know how to help people, you should start writing articles and promote your affiliate links in them.

Affiliate marketing using article distribution

In order to get started you should visit some article directories, for example:

Find articles that deal with the topic of your product and read them. Notice the "Author Bio" section at the end of most articles? It's the place where you'll market your affiliate link too.

But before you can start marketing, you should write your article. It's really easy. Don't say that you cannot write. If you can post comments in forums, you can write articles!

Simply, think about helping people, about the problems they try to solve in forums.

Now take a sheet of paper and start writing. The articles don't have to be long. Just describe the problem and how it should be solved.

Then register with some article directories, write your "Author Bio" section with your hoplink and submit your article.

For maximum results, try to write and submit at least one article per day for at least one month. If readers love your articles, they'll visit your link and buy from you. Webmasters will publish your articles on their websites and newsletters. At the end of the month you should see some affiliate commission in your Clickbank account.

Pay-per-click search engine marketing

When you have received your first checks from Clickbank, you should consider promoting your product using pay-per-click search engines. However, notice that this method requires payment for each click and may be quite complicated for beginners.

Some PPC search engines may even give you a sign-up bonus of up to $200, so it's worth doing a research online and signing up.

In order to increase your affiliate earnings, you should also consider learning how to mask your affiliate links and how to track which marketing methods provide the most revenue.

You should also try to join other affiliate networks and promote different products and services.

As you can see, you can start making money online quickly, even if you don't have any money or website. Don't give up too soon, find and read more information about affiliate marketing and your success is guaranteed!
